First off – no problem, these things happen from time to time! This article will help you get everything back to normal in case you forgot to properly record the end of your fast.
🕛 If it has been less than 36 hours since your fast
Let's imagine you started fasting at 5 PM last night, ended your fast at 9 AM this morning and got a neat 16-hour fast in the books. Except you forgot to record it and only remembered about it later in the afternoon.
In this case, we're not talking about that much time lost, and what you probably want to do is accurately record the end of your last fast. This can be done with no trouble at all.
Use the End fast button as you normally would:
When logging your fast-breaking meal, simply choose the time you actually had the first meal that ended your fast, even if it's been a while:
🕟 If you've missed more than 36 hours
If for some reason, you haven't visited the Simple App for more than 36 hours since your last log, you can simply cancel your current fast without it contributing to your personalized statistics. We'll just forget it ever happened.
To do so, simply tap the End fast button.
