If you're reading this article, you’ve been charged for a Simple subscription, perhaps unexpectedly. No worries, though! Let us quickly explain how a subscription works and why you were charged. 🤗
How a subscription works
If you were charged, it means that you visited our website or one of the app stores and purchased a trial period for a Simple Premium plan. Because you didn't cancel your subscription renewal, you were charged for continued access to Premium features.
Our subscriptions renew automatically, unless canceled, to avoid interrupting your intermittent fasting journey. Trials renew after 7 days, and further renewals happen quarterly or yearly on your subscription date. During checkout, we make sure to let you know about the subscription renewal being automatic.
🚫 Got it! So, how can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Simple subscription or trial in the app, as well as via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased your subscription.

Uninstalling the app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you’ll still get charged. Please check your subscription status and cancel it either in the app or via our subscription portal if you don't wish to get charged again (see the instructions above).
