The Home tab is your go-to tab for logging your fasts, food, hydration, movement, and tracking your progress. Let's see what it consists of! π
Home screen overview
At the top you will see a timeline with the current day, as well as your profile icon at the top right:
You can see your previously logged fasts and food by tapping on the specific day of the week. To switch between weeks, simply swipe left or right.
Below the calendar you'll find your Fasting Tracker, which will show you how long you've fasted, when your next fast will begin, and when it's time to stop fasting:
In this section youβll discover Nutrition Scores for each meal you log. Today's nutrition will reveal the average for the day.

When you're in your eating window, you will see how much time is remaining until the next fast:
To learn more about your current metabolic status while fasting, tap the status line at the top of the timeline:
This is your metabolic status when you're fasting. You can tap through to explore what each of them means:
Below the Food Tracker you will see your hydration and movement trackers:

π Movement Tracker |
The Hydration Tracker traces all liquid intake in order for you to achieve your daily hydration goal. The Movement Tracker traces all of your movement during the day, like running, walking, or cycling.
To add a liquid intake or a movement, tap the + sign.
Below the trackers you will find the list of tasks that you can complete in your personal Simple Start Course:
Your personal insights come next:
This section is formed according to your eating habits and is based on the food that you logged; it advises on how to improve you eating habits. Personal insights are shown as βstoriesβ β slides that you can skip (just like in any other app).
Track your weight progress at the bottom of the screen using our Weight Tracker:
Here you can see your progress towards your set weight goal. The chart is formed based on all your weight entries, which can be added and edited by pressing the Track Weight button.
