2. You will be directed to your current fasting schedule settings. Start by selecting your desired fasting and eating intervals. Tap Edit to modify your goal:
3. Choose your preferred interval and tap Select to confirm:
4. Next, it's time to set your hours. Simple offers the flexibility to customize each day of the week according to your preferences. To adopt a manual schedule and adjust each day individually, ensure you tap Manual schedule:
Additionally, you can designate any day as a "No Fast Day" by enabling the No Fast Day toggle.
If you prefer to fast at the same time every day throughout the week, simply toggle the Manual schedule off.
5. Finally, det your preferred hours by tapping and rotating the time wheel:
