🤖💬 Avo™, your personal health coach within the Simple app, can provide personalized recommendations and advice based on your unique goals, needs, and preferences.
You can get real-time answers to your nutrition and wellness questions from Avo™ to encourage you on your weight loss journey, which can save time and effort compared to searching for information on your own. Think of it as your interactive wellness assistant that can suggest a meal, recipe, or consult you on which fasting schedule to follow.
How to use Avo
1. Tap the Avo Chat icon at the bottom of the home screen of the app:
2. Check the box to agree to our Privacy Policy, and tap Let’s go.
3. You will see Avo™'s main chat screen. Ask away!
e.g. give me healthy snack ideas, tips for eating healthy, recipe ideas on a budget, assistance with managing cravings, recommendations for optimal water intake, etc.
