If you don't see your subscription in your Simple app, Apple or Google account
👉 read the "I can't see my subscription" article if you are unable to find the subscription in the list of all your active subscriptions.
If you purchased your subscription or introductory plan on our website
1. Tap on the profile icon on the Home or Track tab (depending on the app version). It's located at the top right part of the screen; in some versions, the profile picture might appear on the left side.
2. Scroll down and tap Manage subscription:
3. On the next screen, tap the Manage Subscription button one more time.
4. You will be redirected to your profile page. If you see the interface below, please scroll down and tap the Plans and Billing button, then select Plan Management. If you see another interface, please see the next screen.
On the next screen, you will see the page with your Simple Premium subscription details. Here, you have the option to pause or cancel your subscription by clicking on ‘Turn-off auto-renewal’:
5. After confirming a reason for cancellation in our cancellation survey, you will receive a confirmation message:
If you purchased your subscription or introductory plan via the App Store
Please follow the instructions on this page.
If you purchased your subscription or introductory plan via Google Play
Follow steps 1-3 at the top of the page, and then:
4. On the next screen click on the Manage Subscription button one more time:
5. Choose Simple: Intermittent fasting and meal tracking:
6. On the next screen tap the Cancel subscription button and confirm this action:
Your subscription is now canceled and you will not be charged in the future.
Uninstalling the app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you’ll still get charged. Please check your subscription status and cancel it in the app if you don't wish to get charged again (see the instructions above).
