If you're reading this article, you’ve been charged for a Simple subscription, perhaps unexpectedly. No worries, though! Let us quickly explain how a subscription works and why you were charged. 🤗
How a subscription works
If you were charged, it means that you visited our website or one of the app stores and purchased an introductory plan for a Simple Premium subscription. Because you didn't cancel your subscription renewal, you were charged for continued access to Premium features.
Our subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, ensuring no interruptions to your intermittent fasting journey. Introductory plans renew after 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months, depending on the plan you choose, unless you opted for an upsell option. Subsequent renewals occur monthly or quarterly for the introductory plan. If you selected one of our upsell options, renewals will occur every 6 or 9 months, depending on the plan. During checkout, we ensure you are informed that the subscription renewal is automatic.

You can cancel your Simple subscription or introductory plan in the app, as well as via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased your subscription.
