No Fast Days are the days when your fasting protocol allows you a break with no negative impact on your overall progress. Essentially, it’s a day when you have an expanded eating window.
❗️Good to know: this feature is only available on the iOS version of the app at the moment.
To add a No Fast Day to your schedule, tap the settings icon on the home screen of the app:
After that, tap Manual Schedule:
Tap on the day of the week and then tap No Fast Day to activate:

We recommend setting up a No Fast Day if you know there will be days in your schedule when, for one reason or another, you know you won't be able to stick to your fasting schedule (e.g. a family dinner or a longer day at work).
