Reinstall the app
Often, reinstalling the app can fix temporary glitches.
1. Before you do, please open the app and tap your profile icon at the top (in some versions of the app, the profile icon might be on the upper right side):
2. Scroll all the way down and pay attention to the email shown after the LOGGED IN AS line —this is the email you will need to log in with later.
3. Uninstall the current version of the app, then reinstall it to see if the issue persists. You can download the latest version of the app by opening this link on your mobile device, or by simply searching for Simple in the App Store or goole Play.
4. After reinstalling, sign back in using your preferred method and the email used. You can find more information about the available sign-in options in this article.
