π± How do I log into the app and activate my subscription?
1. Open the app and tap Sign in:
2. Enter your email and tap Let's go:
If you want to choose a different option that connects with the type of subscription you purchased, tap Looking for other options? and choose a sign in method:
Choose the correct sign in method, according to your subscription.
If you've signed in, but still can't see your subscription, please refer to this article.
2. If you're using a new device and you want to transfer all the fasting data from the original device (fasts, logged meals, etc.), please message us at care@simple.life specifying:
β The User ID that you used on the original device;
β The User ID of the new device you are currently using. Here is an article that will help you find your user ID.
If you cannot access the original phone and get the old User ID that you used on the device, then send us an email from the email address with which you created your Simple subscription β we'll find all the data manually.
Once you perform all these steps, you should be good to go with continuing your Simple journey. π
