To log in to the app and activate your Premium subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Please choose a sign-in option that corresponds to the type of subscription you purchased — if you have a subscription with Google, choose the "Google" sign-in option, for example. If you purchased your subscription via our website, choose the "Email" option and sign in with the same email you used to sign up for our service.
Choose the correct sign in method, depending on your subscription.

2. If you're using a new device and you want to transfer all the fasting data from the original device (fasts, logged meals, etc.), please message us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying:
— The User ID that you used on the original device;
— The User ID of the new device you are currently using. Here is an article that will help you find your user ID.
If you cannot access the original phone and get the old User ID that you used on the device, then send us an email with which you created your Simple subscription — we'll find all the data manually.
