To delete your account, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your profile by tapping on your profile icon on the top of the Home/Track screen:
2. Scroll down and tap on Delete account
Alternatively, your can contact our customer support team by submitting a new ticket or email manually at care@simple.life and include the email address of the account you would like us to delete from our system.
Please note that account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.
Deleting your account does not automatically turn off your auto-renewal.
