🙌 Meet Jazmine!
She's a policy analyst and mother of two from Phoenix. Jazmine has been struggling to lose weight since giving birth to her daughter three years ago. Let's learn more about her and her journey.
Before starting with Simple, Jazmine tried lots of different weight loss methods: keto and paleo diets, weekly coaching sessions, and exercising. She struggled to stay disciplined and motivated, eventually giving up.
🚀 Jazmine’s journey begins
In July 2020, Jazmine started practicing intermittent fasting and lost 30lbs in 5 months via the 16:8 schedule. She allowed herself one treat day a week – Saturdays. What’s her secret? Hint, you can follow what she did.
Jazmine feels that Simple gave her the motivation she previously lacked: “The tracking system gave me a visual way to hold myself accountable and see right away how much progress I made during each day. Setting my goals and taking things one step at a time was really motivating”.
No more calorie counting!
As a busy mom, Jazmine couldn't count calories and follow strict eating rules, so Simple made it easy. “I love that I don’t have to really restrict any particular food and there’s no food group shaming. As long as I stay consistent and don’t overdo it I can still eat the things I love”.
🏆 Her proudest achievement
For Jazmine, increasing her daily water intake was her biggest accomplishment, since she was able to make drinking enough water a habit. We know how challenging it can be. Way to go, Jazmine!
