💳 Refund terms
You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the customized intermittent fasting program and you met all of the following conditions:
- Purchased your quarterly subscription via our website;
- Contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program (the day of the first charge);
- You can demonstrate that you have followed Simple’s customized program (by showing your tracking data). You’ll need to show 15 days of tracking for quarterly subscriptions, 7 days for monthly subscriptions, and 3 days for weekly plans.

What if I got charged?
To receive a refund, you need to meet the conditions of our refund policy. If you meet the conditions, please drop us a message via our contact form.
Uninstalling the app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you’ll still be charged for it.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription in due time, prior to being charged.
