If you are not satisfied with Simple, you might be eligible for a refund if you request it within the first 30 days after the subscription charge.
How to get a refund if you subscribed on our website
- Cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. You can find the instructions in this article.
- Drop us a message via our contact form or email us at care@simple.life. Please include the following information:

- Your UserID from the Simple app;
- The email you used for signing up;
- A receipt of the charge (we send it to your email after payment);
- Date and time of the charge;
- Transaction ID (if you paid via PayPal);
- Last four digits of your card (if you used your credit card).
- Our support team will get back to you as soon as they're available.
Keep in mind that uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription—you’ll still be charged.
