If you are not satisfied with Simple, you might be eligible for a refund if you request it within the first 30 days after the subscription charge.
To proceed, please follow these steps:

Cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. To learn how to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps in the "How do I cancel my subscription or introductory plan?" article.

Contact our support team at care@simple.life or send a message via our contact form.
Keep in mind that uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription—you’ll still be charged.
