Before you get in touch with us, check if you're eligible for a refund
You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the customized intermittent fasting program and you met all of the following conditions:
- Purchased your quarterly subscription via our website;
- Contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program (the day of the first charge);
- You can demonstrate that you have followed Simple’s customized program (by showing your tracking data). You’ll need to show 15 days of tracking for quarterly subscriptions, 7 days for monthly subscriptions, and 3 days for weekly plans.

How to get a refund if you subscribed on our website
1. To receive a refund, you need to meet the conditions of our refund policy.
2. If you meet the conditions, please drop us a message via our contact form. Please include the following information:
- Your UserID from the Simple app;
- The email you used for signing up;
- A receipt of the charge (we send it to your email after payment);
- Date and time of the charge;
- Transaction ID (if you paid via PayPal);
- Last four digits of your card (if you used your credit card).
