Navigate the app by switching between the tabs at the bottom:

Home tab
You can find your customized daily plan on the Home tab. To access it, you’ll do quick daily check-ins with Avo™ — your AI health coach, who will help you choose the best course of action for the day
Avo™ tailor a list of daily actions based on your inputs — just let it know about your energy levels, share any concerns you may have, and it’ll take care of the rest. Once you're done with the check-in, you'll get your plan with actions to focus on for the day:
You can access your daily plan using the link provided by Avo™ or by returning to the Home screen:
Your daily plan resets each morning, so don't forget to check in every day and keep your streak going!💪
Good to note: your actions aren't set to be completed automatically, so don't forget to mark them as done. To do that, click on the action you've completed and tap "Mark as done".
Coach tab
Here, you can chat with our your health coach, Avo™, to receive personalized feedback on your meals, guidance on your fasting schedule, nutrition and workout advice, and much more.

Track tab
Looking for a place to log your fasts, food, hydration, movement and activity? Tap on the Track tab. Let's see what you can find there 👇
At the top you'll see a timeline with the current day, as well as your profile icon at the top right:
You can see your previously logged fasts and food by tapping on the specific day of the week. To switch between weeks, simply swipe left or right.
Below the calendar you'll find your Fasting Tracker, which will show you how long you've fasted, when your next fast will begin, and when it's time to stop fasting:
In this section you’ll discover Nutrition Scores for each meal you log. Today's nutrition will reveal the average for the day.

When you're in your eating window, you'll see how much time is remaining until the next fast:
To learn more about your current Metabolic Status while fasting, tap the status line at the top of the timeline:
This is your Metabolic Status when you're fasting. You can tap through to explore what each means:

🔖 Movement Tracker |
The Hydration Tracker traces all liquid intake in order for you to achieve your daily hydration goal. The Movement Tracker traces all of your movement during the day, like running, walking, or cycling.
To add a liquid intake or a movement, tap the + sign.
Your personal insights will come next:
This section is updated according to your eating habits and is based on the food that you've logged; it advises on how to improve your eating habits. Personal insights are shown as “stories” — slides that you can skip (just like in any other app).
Track your weight progress at the bottom of the screen using our Weight Tracker:
Here you can see your progress towards your set weight goal. The chart is formed based on all your weight entries, which can be added and edited by pressing the Track Weight button.

Explore tab

Get tips on using Simple, learn more about mindfulness and make the most out of your workout plan with our library of content ✨
Progress tab
Stay motivated, manage your goals and identify the trends in your habits and results in the Progress tab. Our fasting, food, hydration, movement and weight graphs will help you track your progress along your wellness journey.
While on this screen, you can also change your fasting schedule by tapping Change schedule, and edit your exercise, hydration and weight goals by tapping Edit Goal under each of the graphs. When you're done, tap Save to confirm.
